We seek individuals who drive results with a focus on customer satisfaction and business impact, maintaining high quality standards and acting with integrity in every decision. **Your role will be:** To coordinate and supervise the execution of tasks within your area of expertise, ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines and the expected quality of work. **Your main challenges will be:** * Tracking corrective and preventive maintenance tasks in the ticketing system. * Monitoring technician login status and location. * Supervising and validating contractor certifications for billing, adjustments, corrective actions, preventive actions, and CAPEX projects, verifying supporting documentation and certification dates. * Analyzing and monitoring departmental KPIs (TMR, OnTime, recurrence, etc.). **What we need from you:** * Completed secondary education, preferably technical. * Knowledge of FTTH networks. * Experience managing telecom construction projects and contractors. * Familiarity with fiber optic access construction processes. **What we expect from you:** * **Results Orientation**: You align your management and efforts toward achieving business objectives, maintaining an ongoing commitment to service quality and customer satisfaction.
