Finning, a strategic partner of CATERPILLAR and leader in the distribution of equipment and services, is searching for top talent to fill the role of **Product Manager Performance Solutions Buenos Aires/Rosario**, who will be **responsible for** leading and managing projects across detailed engineering, installation, support, and training for conventional and autonomous Caterpillar technologies. Provide cross-functional technical support to all internal Finning customers through technical advisory services for training activities and technical proposal management to lead projects within the Oil \& Gas business. **Responsibilities:** * Provide commercial support. * Conduct fieldwork with customers. * The job’s workflow originates from continuously handling the latest available information on CAT and non-CAT technology products; its primary challenge is delivering cross-functional technical support to Finning Technology’s Engineering, Operations, and Commercial departments. The final output of this role is to serve as a qualified technical support resource across all CAT technologies, with project execution management and leadership capabilities. * During project management, define and lead work teams to ensure timely and correct execution of the installation process. * Possess the necessary technical knowledge to recommend appropriate technologies and hardware based on customer requirements and subsequent factory purchase. * During support activities, prioritize and manage tasks according to their impact on operational continuity of CAT systems. * During support activities, focus on continuous improvement by recommending best practices for using Caterpillar technological systems to our customers. * Provide support and recommendations during technical evaluations of proposals for internal customers involving implementation of CAT and non-CAT technologies. **Knowledge:** * High-precision GNSS systems and infrastructure. * Wireless communication systems: WIFI / MESH / FLUIDMESH / LTE. * Communication networks (networking). * Proficiency with CAT tools (SIS, Electronic Technician, TSC, etc.). * Experience with CAT application software and non-CAT support tools (licensed). * Advanced ability to read technical literature in English. * Intermediate spoken English proficiency. * Knowledge and experience in Industrial Electronics: * 1\. Analog, digital, optical, and RF sensors. * 2\. Communication protocols (CAN, CDL). * 3\. Analysis and interpretation of electrical schematics. * 4\. Fault analysis and troubleshooting. **Requirements:** * Minimum formal education: Mechanical or Electronic Technician. * Minimum prior experience: At least 3 years of experience supporting and implementing Caterpillar systems or similar technologies. * Full-time availability. * Residency in Buenos Aires or Rosario.
