Job Summary: We are seeking an Official Sanitary Technician with experience in sanitary installations and maintenance to work at the historic Teatro Colón, performing installation, repair, and maintenance tasks on water and drainage networks, as well as supporting fire protection systems. Work in a historic and culturally iconic building (Teatro Colón) At LX ARGENTINA S.A., we are hiring an Official Sanitary Technician to work at the Teatro Colón, a historic and culturally significant building of great value in the City of Buenos Aires. Requirements: Reside in CABA or surrounding areas. At least 2 years of verifiable experience in sanitary installations and maintenance. Knowledge of water, drainage, stormwater systems, and pumping equipment. Responsible, meticulous, and committed profile, with ability to work in heritage spaces. Responsibilities: Installation, repair, and maintenance of cold water, hot water, stormwater, and sewer networks. Installation and replacement of pipes, faucets, valves, fittings, and booster pumps. Maintenance of reserve tanks, cisterns, and water heaters, including cleaning and periodic testing. Performing unclogging operations, sealing, and watertightness tests on sanitary installations. Verifying water pressure and flow rate across different sectors to ensure normal operation. Supporting commissioning of fire protection systems linked to the sanitary system (hydrants, piping, valves). Compliance with hygiene and safety protocols in all interventions.
