Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and supervise cleaning tasks, ensuring efficiency, quality, and team leadership. Key Highlights: 1. At LX Argentina, we are currently looking for a Supervisor for maintenance work teams. Your primary objective will be to plan, coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper execution of cleaning tasks at the workplace. The person in this position will serve as the liaison between the workplace and the company's administrative department. You will also lead your assigned staff, ensuring that the team performs in accordance with established policies and functions, guaranteeing that cleaning operations are carried out efficiently and safely, in compliance with established quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Ensure fulfillment of the agreed-upon service with each client. Ensure compliance with and implementation of the company's Internal Regulations for Operational Staff. Forecasting, planning, and execution of weekly work plans. Submit daily reports on personnel updates to the HR department. Ensure performance evaluations, requests for disciplinary actions, and staff termination requests are processed. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and maintain ongoing contact to identify improvements and opportunities. Verify and ensure proper use and application of supplies and work materials. Actively participate in interview processes for future hires. Train new operators. Ensure the team adheres to the established work plan. Other administrative tasks. Skills: leadership, proactivity, decision-making ability, teamwork, negotiation, adaptability to change, assertive communication, strategic planning, and customer- and results-oriented mindset. Academic Qualification: completed secondary or tertiary education. More than 2 years of professional experience in similar supervisory roles. Advanced proficiency in Office tools and integrated management systems. We seek candidates residing in Capital Federal or nearby areas, with full-time availability and willingness to travel to assigned work locations.
