Your role is to ensure access, authorization, and continuity of treatment, acting as a liaison between families and social health insurance providers to remove administrative barriers and guarantee therapeutic adherence. · YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES WILL BE: What will your challenges be? Proactively contact parents or guardians of new patients to initiate support throughout the treatment access process. Inform and guide regarding documentation required for medication authorization. Assist in organizing and submitting files to social health insurance providers and funders. Conduct continuous case follow-up until effective authorization is granted. Monitor file status and manage complaints in cases of delays. Early identification of administrative or regulatory barriers hindering medication access. Interact with social health insurance providers and other stakeholders within the healthcare system to expedite processes. Escalate critical situations to management when required. Perform periodic follow-up of patients once medication has commenced. Verify treatment continuity and detect potential interruptions. Identify signs of low adherence and activate preventive actions. Provide emotional support and clear information to families facing doubts or difficulties. Record each interaction and case progress in the systems defined by the program. Maintain updated and organized information enabling full traceability for each patient. Prepare basic follow-up reports when requested by program coordination. · Requirements Advanced student or graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. (Mandatory) Desirable experience in Patient Support Programs or case management in healthcare. Experience interacting with social health insurance providers and the healthcare system (desirable).
