As a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to support strategic decision-making. What will you do? Data cleansing and normalization to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity—guaranteeing report reliability. Designing, developing, and maintaining periodic reports for monitoring business-critical KPIs. Managing continuous updates and optimization of existing data models and dashboards to enhance performance and usability. Training and supporting internal teams on proper use of BI dashboards and efficient utilization of CRM data. Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of tasks, processes, data models, and BI best practices to ensure seamless knowledge sharing. · What do you need for this role? Power BI experience with over 3 years creating and managing interactive dashboards. (Mandatory) Strong advanced Excel skills with experience in data analysis and reporting. The following qualifications are valued (desirable): Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including ETL processes and system enhancements. Experience with cloud database engines (e.g., Snowflake; Azure; AWS, among others). Experience with SQL Server databases. Knowledge of No-Code tools for process optimization, with hands-on experience on no-code platforms. Ability to present reports clearly and effectively to both internal teams and clients.
