Job Summary: Tecpetrol is seeking engineering students for educational internships in the Neuquén Basin Region Management area, providing support in projects and process improvement. Tecpetrol seeks students majoring in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering to work in the Neuquén Basin Region Management area, at its office/field operations in **Neuquén**, under the **Educational Internship Program (part-time).** **Key Responsibilities:** * Understand the objective and operation of Tecpetrol’s process map, including process mapping conventions. * Analyze processes, understand them, and perform mapping/modeling for new processes or correct existing ones. * Provide support in project tracking jointly with the Operations department and the Processes team. * Select one identified process improvement proposal for implementation, develop an action plan, and manage and track progress using a Control Dashboard and periodic progress reporting. **Requirements:** * Students who have completed more than 65% of their degree program in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration * Residency in Neuquén City or Cipoletti.
