Take initiative, propose improvements, and independently assume challenges **Senior Backend Developer – Java / Node.js / High Concurrency (Hybrid, CABA) \| Ref. 185432\-1** Buenos Aires, Parque Patricios \| Hybrid (40% onsite) Full\-time Mon\-Fri 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM **Mission** Join the backend development team of one of the largest global banking groups, working on the Securities, Investments, and Fixed-Term Deposits module. We seek a senior profile with strong expertise in Java, genuine openness to working across multiple programming languages, and daily use of AI tools to enhance productivity and accelerate learning of new technologies.
