Description A Software Engineer III applies a systematic approach to the development, delivery, maintenance, and operation of software products and services. You'll work with others across the business to understand customer needs and develop high\-value solutions. You're accountable for the design and implementation of solutions that meet software functional and non\-functional requirements and adhere to established development standards. Throughout the lifecycle, you'll serve as a consultant to others in your area(s) of expertise while continually developing skills relevant to your role. Requirements Job Responsibilities * Build a collaborative partnership within your Scrum Team while being a technical advisor to the Product Manager. * Participate in the development, testing, and deployment of software applications and solutions while championing a culture of code quality and continual learning and growth throughout the department. * Conduct peer code reviews to ensure quality and use your analytical and problem\-solving skills for programming and user interface design. * Integrate technology, process, test, and business practices while following and improving the team's Continuous Development and Continuous Integration practices. * Work with other team members to solve complex problems, including UX/UI designers, QA testers, and DBAs. * Troubleshoot issues and bugs within your application of expertise while authoring or contributing to technical design documentation, release notes, and bug fix documentation. * Perform and design testing protocols to ensure that the product is fully tested. Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience * 4\+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, React * Strong English communication skills * Strong understanding of databases, SQL, API design, and integration patterns * Experience with software development methodologies and version control systems (Git) * Advanced knowledge of web technologies, frameworks, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) * Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex technical problems systematically * Excellence in technical documentation with ability to explain complex concepts clearly * Essential Job Functions: o Interact effectively with teammates, colleagues and customers o Comprehend and communicate complex concepts o Concentrate, analyze and resolve complex problems 4 years
