Description **About Chalice** Chalice AI builds platform\-independent, custom advertising AI that helps brands optimize for real business outcomes (not just vanity metrics). The company creates bespoke ML models for each client and integrates with existing ad\-buying platforms to deliver outcome\-focused optimization, advanced audience building, and contextual bidding solutions. **Role Overview** We’re hiring experienced **Senior UI Developer(s)** to own the design and implementation of high\-quality user interfaces for Chalice’s suite of ad\-tech products. You’ll work closely with product, data scientists, and backend engineers to translate complex models and data into clear, usable, and performant UI experiences that enable advertisers and agencies to take action with confidence. **What You’ll Do** * Build and maintain production UIs using **React** (and TypeScript where applicable) and modern front\-end patterns. * Implement and evolve component libraries/design systems for consistency and speed. * Convert complex ML outputs, dashboards, and reporting into intuitive visualizations and workflows. * Ensure high standards of UX, accessibility (WCAG), responsiveness and performance. * Write robust front\-end tests (unit, integration, visual regression) and contribute to E2E flows. * Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering to iterate quickly and deliver value. * Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews and design critiques. **Requirements** 5\+ years professional front\-end / UI development experience. Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. Proven experience building and maintaining design systems or component libraries. Solid understanding of web performance optimization and browser rendering. Experience with front\-end testing: unit tests, integration tests, and E2E testing. Comfortable working with product and data teams to convert model outputs into UX. Advanced English for cross\-functional communication with global stakeholders.
