The main challenge is to develop and support solutions for generating accounting and tax files while ensuring scalability, reliability, and traceability across business processes. The platform is currently undergoing a major modernization initiative, migrating from an on\-premises environment to a cloud\-native architecture on AWS. ##### ***This is the team*** You will work within a multidisciplinary team composed of Backend Developers, a Tech Lead, QA Automation, and Product Managers. Together, you will contribute to technical decisions and the evolution of the platform’s architecture, ensuring high\-quality delivery and continuous improvement. ##### ***This is you*** **Must\-have qualifications:** * Strong experience developing backend applications with **TypeScript**. * Hands\-on experience with **AWS services**, including Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, and S3\. * Experience designing and developing **Serverless architectures**. * Experience using **Serverless Framework**. * Experience with automated testing using **Jest**. * Knowledge of **event\-driven architectures** and integration patterns. * Experience working in **Agile environments**. ***Nice\-to\-have skills:*** * Experience in **financial services, accounting, taxation, or payment\-related systems**. * Experience migrating applications and services to cloud environments. * Knowledge of **observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting in AWS**. * Experience working with **high\-availability and transaction\-intensive systems**. ##### ***This is your role*** * Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using **TypeScript**. * Participate in the migration of applications and services from on\-premises infrastructure to AWS. * Build and maintain serverless solutions following cloud\-native best practices. * Develop integrations and processing workflows related to accounting and tax information. * Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high\-quality solutions. * Create and maintain automated and unit tests. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices. * Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, reliability, and security. ##### ***What awaits you at Avenga?*** * A **long\-term project** with opportunities to grow your expertise in AWS serverless architectures and financial technology solutions. * A **hybrid work model**: candidates must reside in **Argentina**, with preference for **Buenos Aires or Córdoba**, to facilitate in\-person meetings when required. * A collaborative environment that values **innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement**.
