Remote work based in **Argentina**, collaborating with the team in **Spain.** **Role Responsibilities** * Multichannel outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, and calls). * Identification of decision-makers in IT, Digital, Innovation, and Data departments. * In-depth research of target accounts (account-based mindset). * Lead qualification using a structured methodology (adaptable SPICED). * Scheduling of qualified meetings for the sales team. * Rigorous HubSpot management (contacts, companies, deals, and properties). * Continuous feedback to the team on sales messaging, objections, and market signals. **Requirements:** --------------- 1–3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in the tech sector. Experience with HubSpot CRM, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Experience selling IT services or digital solutions (preferred). Foundational knowledge in data/IA. Analytical ability and capacity to structure messaging. Intermediate English (not mandatory). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Metrics-driven mindset. High level of autonomy and discipline in remote work.
