Success in this role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders and a commitment to thorough, accurate documentation. **Responsibilities** * Create and implement scripts to solve complex business problems * Enhance queries and processes to maximize performance and efficiency * Assist in planning and executing tests to ensure solution reliability * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate progress * Assess the effects of changes on databases and related systems * Review usability to improve user experience * Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in scripts and processes * Develop automated tests to maintain consistent quality * Uphold high standards for quality in all project deliverables * Build automation systems to increase operational efficiency * Take part in User Acceptance Testing with end users * Integrate new modules and systems with existing platforms * Develop internal tools to support business functions * Detect and report errors for prompt resolution * Maintain clear documentation of processes and solutions **Requirements** * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a software development position * Proficiency in PL/SQL for database scripting and automation * Strong understanding of data modeling for effective database design * Experience with Node.js or similar backend technologies such as Java **Nice to have** * Experience working with APIs and system integration to connect diverse platforms * DevOps mindset with familiarity in Bitbucket and version control systems for collaborative development and deployment
