Because your growth is our business. **Your Mission** As a **Data Analyst**, you’ll own the foundation of data at So Shall We by leading the development, structure, and ongoing health of our data warehouse. This role is critical in enabling smarter decision\-making, powering internal systems, and supporting future data\-driven initiatives across the company. You’ll work closely with an external consultant in the early stages to define and build a scalable, reliable data infrastructure — and then take full ownership of maintaining and evolving it. This is a highly impactful, hands\-on role where you’ll collaborate across teams like AI, Tech Onboarding, and leadership to ensure our data ecosystem is robust, efficient, and built for scale. **What You’ll Do** ### **Data Infrastructure \& Ownership** * Own the development, structure, and long\-term maintenance of the company’s data warehouse. * Ensure data reliability, consistency, and overall health across systems and pipelines. * Define best practices for data storage, structure, and governance. ### **Data Warehouse Development** * Work closely with an external consultant to design and implement the initial data warehouse architecture. * Align on key decisions such as data structure, storage solutions (e.g., BigQuery), and scalability. * Ensure all data sources are properly connected and integrated. ### **Data Maintenance \& Optimization** * Monitor performance, costs, and efficiency of the data infrastructure. * Identify and resolve issues in data pipelines, connections, and storage. * Continuously improve data architecture to support growing business needs. ### **Cross\-Functional Collaboration** * Partner with AI and Tech Onboarding teams to enable data\-driven systems and workflows. * Collaborate with leadership (initially the COO) to align data infrastructure with company priorities. * Act as the go\-to person for internal data structure and availability. ### **Foundations for Scale** * Build the data backbone that will support future analytics, reporting, automation, and AI initiatives. * Lay the groundwork for a scalable data function within the company. **Who You Are:** ### **Technical \& Structured** * You have a strong foundation in data systems, databases, and infrastructure, and understand how to build scalable, reliable environments. ### **Data Ownership Mindset** * You’re comfortable owning an entire data domain end\-to\-end — from setup to maintenance and optimization. ### **Collaborative \& Communicative** * You can work cross\-functionally, align stakeholders, and translate technical decisions into clear implications. ### **Builder Mentality** * You’re excited by the opportunity to build something from scratch and define how things should work. **Why So Shall We?** * Great salary. * Work with great humans in a supportive, growth\-oriented team that delivers real results. * Your personal development will be done directly with the CEO * Amazing office space in Palermo Hollywood * Opportunities for career development and professional growth. * Unlimited PTO.
