**Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with IT systems administration, contributing to the team with technical expertise and a strong service orientation. * Assist in the installation, troubleshooting, and support of workstations, laptops, servers, and peripherals in the absence of support staff or during case escalations. * Support technology asset inventory management by maintaining updated records of hardware and software. * Contribute to security compliance through regular patching and adherence to corporate security policies. **Requirements:** **Personal:** * Technical professional with passion for IT and systems administration, focused on sector-related tasks, with more than 3 years of experience in the field. * Effective communication and collaboration skills, and ability to follow guidelines. * Strong written English communication skills; verbal proficiency is a plus. **About Systems Administration:** * General datacenter hardware knowledge. * Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Certificate Management. * Azure Portal in general / Microsoft Entra Connect. * Microsoft System Center administration. * Microsoft Intune administration. * Linux (installation, kernel compilation, network configuration, disk mounting, partitions, permissions, basic network services). * Windows Server (installation, network configuration). * Hyper\-V (maintenance, disk expansion, VM migration, Hyper\-V cluster management). * Office 365 (installation, user management, license assignment, email system, etc). * VoIP PBX (PBX configuration, extensions). * IP cameras / CCTV Hikvision, Dahua (installation, configuration, maintenance). * GLPI – OCS inventory system. * Monitoring tools PRTG – Nagios \- Zabbix. * Understanding of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and web servers. * Windows installations on servers and terminals. * User hardware selection, analysis, and maintenance. * Ticket creation and tracking. * Biometric access systems (user management, general maintenance). * Printers. * UTP cabling (assistance with specific cabling tasks). **We offer:** * Hybrid work schedule, Monday to Friday.
