Role Purpose Ensure the operation, stability, and evolution of network and collaboration platforms, guaranteeing continuity of technological services through infrastructure management, performance monitoring, and coordination with vendors. Key Responsibilities • Administer and monitor networking and collaboration platforms. • Coordinate and supervise infrastructure and telecommunications vendors. • Manage resolution of critical incidents and ensure SLA compliance. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on network infrastructure. • Monitor and optimize network and communication service performance. • Maintain up-to-date inventory of technology assets (hardware, licenses, and services). • Participate in infrastructure and technology transformation projects. • Evaluate new technologies and propose improvements to network architecture. • Document configurations, standards, and technical procedures. Requirements: Profile Requirements • Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure and networking. • Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, and VPN. • Proficiency in Cisco technologies; CCNA certification is a plus. • Knowledge of network protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, NAT, QoS. • Experience with collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Zoom, or Webex). • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud environments (Azure or AWS). • Experience managing technology vendors and SLAs. • Oil & Gas industry experience is desirable. • Valid driver’s license.
