A nationally recognized IT services company with over 30 years of experience is seeking an IT Network Support Analyst to deliver advanced IT infrastructure and general computing support to our clients—either from our offices or “on site” within the AMBA area, depending on requirements. To achieve this, we require: That you are nearing completion or have advanced in a tertiary-level Systems Analyst program or related field. That you can demonstrate at least three (3) years of hands-on experience in corporate environments, including involvement in: Requirements: - Administration of on-premise Windows servers 2012/2019/2022. - Fortinet administration: VLAN interfaces, SD-WAN, SD-WAN rules, firewall policies, SSL-VPN portal, IPsec tunnels, traffic shaping. - Administration of Microsoft Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, DNS, Windows Server—including installation, role configuration, NIC teaming. - Administration of Microsoft 365, user lifecycle management, permission management, email accounts, Purview. - Hybrid AD/Azure AD management: Azure AD Connect. - Management, monitoring, and alert creation for servers, services, networking, links, and storage // (Zabbix, Nagios — a plus). - Network design and implementation.
