Position Summary: We are seeking an Operational Technical Supervisor/Leader to coordinate personnel, ensure task execution, and generate reports, with a focus on continuous improvement and resource optimization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and leadership of large work teams. 2. Technical management for continuous improvement and resource optimization. 3. Process analysis, anomaly detection, and decision-making. For a major company located in IBICUY, we are looking for an Operational Technical Supervisor/Leader responsible for coordinating staff, ensuring task execution according to established work schedules, and generating and submitting required activity reports. Key duties include: - Ensuring service quality improvement through technical management activities such as process analysis, continuous improvement, resource optimization, support for work planning, failure analysis, organization of task groups, etc. - Identifying anomalies in work processes and implementing corrective measures upon prior coordination and approval by the Inspector. - Coordinating equipment delivery for routine and/or maintenance activities. - Monitoring and tracking KPIs related to operational efficiency, maintenance performance, and integrity. - Ensuring compliance with the daily operation and maintenance schedule for equipment under operation. - Supporting the development and updating of preventive and predictive maintenance guidelines for equipment. - Preparing and submitting task reports or activity summaries to the Inspector and/or their designated representative. Requirements: - Minimum verifiable experience of 5 years as a leader or supervisor of large work teams. - Ability to coordinate large teams of people. - Leadership capability and skill to communicate clearly and effectively. - Ability to train and develop team members, helping them enhance their skills and knowledge. - Analytical ability and personal confidence to make quick decisions under work-related pressure. - Availability for full-time employment – (rotating shifts / 12-hour shifts) - On-site work
