The facility is located in a strategic area of Garupá, with good public transportation connectivity, and has an established team and organized processes. Sharpening and basic maintenance: Perform tool sharpening and cutting tool adjustments, ensuring precision in work and machinery efficiency. Process quality control: Verify measurements, finishes, and product continuity, guaranteeing that pieces meet established parameters. Interpretation of blueprints and specifications: Apply technical instructions to ensure compliance with standards in each production run. Operational collaboration: Work as part of a team with other production areas, maintaining a steady and organized pace aligned with plant objectives. Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations: Carry out tasks responsibly and in accordance with industrial safety procedures and workplace care protocols. Desired Profile: Experience in molder machine operation and sharpening tasks. Knowledge of basic cutting tool maintenance. Proficiency with measurement and control instruments. Ability to read technical drawings and documentation valued (not mandatory). Neatness, responsibility, and commitment to product quality.
