We are currently looking for **Industrial Maintenance and Cleaning Operators** for one of our main clients located in **Balcarce.** We are seeking responsible individuals capable of performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks within the company. The ideal candidate should have manual skills and be able to work effectively in an industrial environment. **Main responsibilities:** * **Plant cleaning (male personnel):** cleaning production areas and high spaces, office cleaning, dining areas, walkway sweeping, signboard cleaning, locker rooms, restrooms, operating machinery, forklifts and shovels, etc. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in similar roles within industrial environments (desirable). * Own transportation to reach the Mc Cain plant. * Ability to operate cleaning equipment and handle chemical products. * Capacity to follow instructions and work efficiently. * Commitment to safety and compliance with workplace regulations. **Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays - Rotating shifts** Job type: Full-time Salary: $600,000.00 - $700,000.00 per month Work location: On-site position
