Position Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer for the Technical Office, responsible for machinery development, process optimization, and technical support in a metallurgical industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Mechanical development of machinery and equipment. 2. Process optimization and production improvements. 3. Dynamic industrial environment with growth opportunities. We manage the entire recruitment, selection, and hiring process for technical personnel in manufacturing plants and engineering companies. We conduct technical evaluations tailored to the specific requirements of each position. We cover positions at various levels across Production, Maintenance, Quality, Operations, Processes, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, Safety & Hygiene, Procurement, and Technical Sales. We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer for the Technical Office. Location: Arteaga (Santa Fe) Industry: Metallurgical – Silo manufacturing plant for grain storage What will you do? Mechanical development of machinery and equipment. Collaborative work with the budgeting department. Technical support for manufacturing and assembly on-site. Process optimization and production improvements. Material procurement, price lists, and cost estimation. What we value in you: Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or imminent graduation. Technical proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Minimum 2 years of experience in metal-mechanical or agro-industrial environments. Leadership skills and ability to work effectively in teams. Strong communication skills and commitment. Residency near the location or willingness to relocate. Employment Conditions: Direct employment Provision of laptop and workwear. Accommodation provided in Arteaga. Working hours: Monday–Thursday 7:00–16:00, Friday 7:00–15:00. Work modality: On-site.
