Your main responsibilities will be: * Provide 100% virtual commercial attention and advisory to customers via digital channels and chat tools. * Actively manage and place the bank’s financial products. * Manage commercial budgets and direct daily operations toward achieving assigned sales targets. * Expand, develop, and retain the institution’s customer portfolio through proactive interactions. * Collaborate with the team to meet the service and commercial standards required by the department. What are we looking for? (Requirements): * Approximately 2 years of prior work experience within the financial system. (Desirable) * Solid and verifiable experience in customer service and sales. (Mandatory) * A strong commercial, proactive, and results-oriented profile. * Availability to work 100% on-site at our Microcenter offices, Monday through Friday, from 9:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.\. * Availability to cover a 3-month period.
