Summary: This role involves comprehensive warehouse operations, including material receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch, while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Highlights: 1. Manage end-to-end warehouse operations 2. Ensure accurate inventory and material movement 3. Support workshop and internal customer needs Key tasks include: * **Receiving materials** + Receive incoming materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment. + Verify quantities and condition of received items against purchase orders, delivery notes, or packing lists. + Report discrepancies, damages, or missing items to the warehouse supervisor or relevant department. * **Material storage and organization** + Store materials in the correct warehouse locations according to internal procedures. + Maintain proper identification, labeling, and traceability of stored items. + Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe. * **Inventory control** + Support physical inventory counts and cycle counts. + Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels in the system. + Identify and report inventory discrepancies, obsolete materials, or low\-stock items. * **Material movements to the workshop** + Prepare and deliver materials, spare parts, and components required by the workshop. + Ensure timely support to maintenance, repair, and production activities. + Record material movements according to company procedures. * **Preparation and dispatch of spare parts** + Pick, pack, and prepare spare parts for shipment. + Verify that the correct items and quantities are dispatched. + Support documentation required for internal and external shipments. * **Loading and unloading activities** + Assist with loading and unloading trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles. + Operate warehouse equipment when authorized, such as pallet jacks or forklifts. + Ensure safe handling of materials to prevent damage or accidents. * **Compliance with HSE and company procedures** + Follow NOV safety standards, warehouse procedures, and HSE requirements. + Use the required PPE during warehouse activities. + Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or potential risks. * **Support to internal customers** + Provide support to workshop, operations, maintenance, and logistics teams. + Respond to material requests in a timely and organized manner. + Contribute to improving warehouse efficiency and service level. * **Documentation and system updates** + Maintain accurate records of receipts, dispatches, transfers, and returns. + Support updates in ERP or inventory management systems when required. + Ensure proper filing of warehouse documentation.
