We are seeking an exceptional **Store Manager** to join our team. Below are the position details: **Profile:** Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Retail Manager, Luxury Retail Manager, or in a related service industry within multi-category retail stores; Direct responsibility for specific business lines and for a portion of the team — no fewer than 6 staff members; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; Industry knowledge and strong business acumen; Passion for the fashion industry; English proficiency. **Objectives:** Ensure achievement of the store’s sales budget; Responsible for effectively managing store costs; Accountable for overall store performance, working closely with all managers (Front-of-House and Back-of-House) to ensure daily operations run smoothly and long-term plans are executed; As a dynamic and inspiring leader, manage all activities to achieve the store’s business objectives while delivering outstanding customer experience; Conduct work with high integrity and collaborate closely with corporate departments; Serve as brand ambassador by promoting the brand’s values and ambitions within the market. **Responsibilities:** Reports directly to the Retail Director/Area Manager: Ensure store profitability; Define the store’s vision and tone while simultaneously driving a highly successful and profitable business in collaboration with regional and corporate management; Develop and implement business action plans to maximize sales across each product category and customer-tier segment; Ensure the highest level of customer service by motivating and challenging staff (Front-of-House and Back-of-House); Guarantee full organization of company assets, aligned with both Back-of-House and Front-of-House guidelines; Communicate company-established KPIs and identify strategies to ensure performance standards are met; Conduct daily store meetings with the team to communicate current business trends, relevant updates, and motivate store employees; Manage and support stock levels through direct communication with key business departments; Ensure adequate stock replenishment at the foundation level and assortment purchasing to achieve store objectives; Lead CRM processes to ensure execution of the company’s CRM strategy and develop opportunities with loyal and prospective customers.
