We are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager for the Sauce Viejo area. Main responsibilities and challenges of the role: · Define and monitor the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for machinery and building facilities to ensure availability during operations. · Weekly planning of maintenance tasks based on machinery and equipment criticality and the preventive maintenance plan. · Incorporate requested corrective maintenance tasks into the planning. · Plan special procurement of critical supplies (spare parts, materials, etc.), considering delivery lead times to guarantee availability for maintenance task execution. · Monitor the budget and analyze departmental KPIs to identify deviations and propose corrective actions. · Coordinate with the procurement department regarding requirements needed for operation and infrastructure maintenance. · Ensure compliance with departmental policies and implement new measures required to achieve the organization’s strategic objectives. Requirements: · Mechanical Engineer or Electromechanical Engineer (preferred) · Knowledge of Management Systems. · Experience: 3 years in similar positions leading maintenance teams.
