What are we looking for? We are seeking individuals eager to join a collaborative team that grows stronger together, to fill the role of Contract Administration Analyst for the Vaca Muerta Oil Sur project. What will be your challenges with us? Work with Project Managers/Heads to develop the contractual strategy to implement and mitigate risks arising from contract administration, aligned with the approved exposure level. What will be your main responsibilities? * Collaborate with Project Managers/Heads and contract owners in risk analysis and definition of procurement strategies during bidding stages. * Define, together with Project Managers/Heads, the allocation and delimitation of contractual responsibilities and in the preparation of tender documents (Invitation to Submit Bids), regarding procurement strategy aspects during bidding stages. * Ensure consistency between the special conditions defined for the tender documents and the contracting conditions validated by YPF’s legal services, being responsible for coordinating the participation of this corporate area when required due to exposure level and/or risk. * Participate in communicating within the organization the contractual strategies, identified risks, and proposed mitigation measures to various stakeholders. * Collaborate with Project Managers/Heads in developing/modifying standard contract templates governing contractual relationships, and assist the Project Manager in negotiating Service Contracts, technologies, and Purchase Orders for equipment and materials during the bidding stage. * Outline the strategy for drafting, reviewing, and advising on project contractual communications (contractual letters, Service Orders, Company Requests), as required, during the contract execution and provisioning stage. * Alert the Project Manager about emerging risks from received/sent communications and regarding compliance with contractual commitments during the contract execution and provisioning stage. * Participate in reviewing Claims and Change Order Requests related to contractual aspects, assessing the validity of claims and their potential impacts on schedule and cost, considering precedents throughout the project lifecycle. * Prepare templates for Agreement Letters, Intent Letters, Memorandums of Understanding, Amendments, and Change Orders. What additional qualities do we value? * **Academic background:** Engineering/Law. * **Professional experience:** Over 5 years in industrial construction project management and no less than 3 years in Contract Administration within engineering, construction companies, and/or producers in the Oil \& Gas, Mining, and/or Energy sectors. Knowledge of engineering and construction processes, procurement strategies, negotiation of contractual terms, procurement management, and risk management. Familiarity with databases and management of physical and digital records.
