Position Summary: A leading fintech company is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate IT projects related to integrations, financial platforms, and payment services, acting as the liaison between business units, clients, and technical teams. Manage relationships with Product Owners, business units, and external clients. **A prominent fintech company specializing in technological integrations, payment platforms, and international remittance services is currently seeking a Project Manager to join its PMO department focused on project management, control, and documentation. The role will involve participation in high-complexity regional projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across multiple Latin American countries.** **Position Objective** **Lead and coordinate IT projects related to integrations, financial platforms, and payment services, ensuring adherence to organizational goals, timelines, and defined standards, while serving as the liaison between business units, clients, and technical teams.** **Responsibilities:** * **Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects related to integrations, payment platforms, and financial services.** * **Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in multicultural and regional environments.** * **Manage relationships with Product Owners, business units, and external clients.** * **Negotiate scope, priorities, resources, and deadlines with various stakeholders.** * **Manage risks, dependencies, and incidents associated with projects.** * **Maintain up-to-date project management and tracking documentation.** * **Facilitate coordination meetings and operational ceremonies.** * **Ensure compliance with PMO standards and best practices.** **Mandatory Requirements** * **Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management (3 years for Semi-Senior profile).** * **Experience in integration, payment platform, remittance, or financial services projects.** * **Proficiency in agile and/or traditional methodologies (Scrum, PMI/PMBOK).** * **Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Monday, Asana, or similar.** * **Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and engaging with stakeholders.** * **Ability to understand technical and functional documentation.** **Desirable Requirements:** * **Experience in fintech companies, remittance providers, or international payment processors.** * **Knowledge of international remittance and payment business operations.** * **Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master.** * **Experience working with regional teams across Latin America.** * **Experience in API-based, middleware, or SaaS platform integration projects.**
