




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Employee for the Agribusiness Division, focused on registration, stock organization, account analysis, and system monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an **Administrative Employee** to join the Agribusiness Division team. Your main **responsibilities** will include: * Registration of productive activities: pesticide applications, spraying, sowing, harvesting, and waybills. * Stock organization in warehouses; control of receipt from purchases and delivery of inputs to contractors. * Harvest recording; analysis and registration of grain sales/transfers. * Invoice registration, petty cash management, and employee expense reporting. * Analysis of supplier accounts receivable/payable; payment issuance. * Monitoring interfaces developed between the production system and SAP. **Requirements** * Students or graduates in Administration or related fields within the agribusiness industry. * Fieldwork experience. * Analytical ability, excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and problem-solving capacity. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * SAP knowledge is a plus. **Our Value Proposition:** Prepaid medical insurance (Swiss Medical) for you and your family Lunch, breakfast, and snacks Scholarship Program — we support your training and development!
