Job Summary: Responsible for managing consignments, supporting management reporting, and complying with environmental and safety regulations, while promoting a positive workplace climate. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages consignment activities for parts and spare parts. 2. Promotes a safe working environment and a positive workplace climate. 3. Supports management reporting for parts replacement programs. * Understands environmental aspects and impacts, as well as hazards and risks associated with one's work and work area, consistently acting safely and promoting personal safety and that of coworkers. * Complies with procedures and standards of the Environmental Management System and with procedures and standards of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. * Promotes a positive workplace climate and actively participates in achieving common departmental and organizational goals. * Administers and controls consignment activities for company parts, spare parts, and components at client facilities. * Supports the preparation of management and/or administrative reports for parts replacement programs. * Reports to the Contract Manager and/or EHS any situation arising during work activities that could lead to a hazard, risk, or environmental impact.
