We have been entrusted with recruiting a **Technical Construction and Services Manager** to lead the technical area and support the growth and consolidation of their operations. We seek candidates with strong management capabilities, technical leadership, and results orientation—distinguished by autonomy, dynamism, and the ability to operate effectively in highly demanding operational environments. Proven experience in industrial electrical construction projects is essential, along with the ability to make technical decisions and coordinate teams, contractors, and resources while maintaining close relationships with clients and suppliers. Key responsibilities include: * Leading and comprehensively managing the technical area (construction projects, services, and technical support). * Planning, coordinating, and monitoring industrial electrical construction projects. * Supervising execution timelines, service quality, and objective achievement. * Preparing quantity take-offs, budgets, and project planning. * Developing detailed engineering (electrical panels, wiring, conduits, and sizing). * Supervising low- and medium-voltage electrical installations. * Validating materials, technical documentation, and regulatory compliance. * Participating in technical meetings with clients and presenting proposals. * Coordinating internal technicians and external contractors. * Managing costs, contract monitoring, and departmental resources. * Providing technical support and field-team assistance as required. **Requirements:** * University degree in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering. **Mandatory.** * Demonstrable experience leading industrial electrical construction projects. **Mandatory.** * Experience managing technical teams and coordinating contractors. * Knowledge of budgeting, construction progress tracking, and cost control. * Experience with low- and medium-voltage electrical installations. * Familiarity with applicable AEA and SRT regulations. * Valid driver's license. * Experience with energy backup systems (UPS, batteries, and generator sets) will be valued.
