No matter where you are located, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential. **Responsibilities** * Serve as Technical Architect within a Scrum team to guide Salesforce Loyalty Cloud implementation * Design stay processing, partner transactions, hotel and partner reimbursement, vouchers, promotions, APIs, and integrations with legacy systems * Apply real\-world Loyalty Cloud experience to inform solution architecture decisions * Drive delivery teams through implementation stages including marketing engagement strategy and code reviews * Build and maintain strong relationships with client Head of Technology to validate solutions * Understand long\-term client objectives and define sustainable technology and implementation roadmaps * Perform code reviews and guide technical estimations to support development teams * Coordinate with marketing teams to align engagement strategies with technical solutions * Review data models, custom objects, and developer pull requests for quality and alignment * Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements * Ensure delivered solutions are production\-ready and meet performance expectations * Promote best practices in Service Oriented Architecture and system integration * Support continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and lessons learned * Monitor project progress and adjust technical approaches as needed **Requirements** * Deep expertise in Salesforce platform with 2\+ years in solution architecture roles * Strong understanding of system integrations including MuleSoft, Kafka, Apigee, and RESTful APIs * Experience with Java\-based solutions to support legacy system understanding * Hands\-on leadership skills including code reviews and technical guidance * Ability to transition between high\-level architecture and detailed technical design * Consulting mindset with ability to understand business challenges and technical constraints * Execution\-driven approach ensuring practical and scalable solutions * Experience working in hospitality industry or related domain * Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships * Proficiency in English language at B2\+ level **Nice to have** * Experience implementing Salesforce Loyalty Cloud * Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts * Familiarity with marketing engagement strategies * Previous work in large\-scale technology uplift programs * Certifications in Salesforce or integration technologies **We offer** * Connectivity Bonus (25,000 ARS are paid with a salary receipt at the end of each month as a non\-wages concept). * Medicina Prepaga (It covers the collaborator and direct family group). * Paternity Leave (Two additional days are added to what is established by law, total of 4 days). * Discounts card. * English Training (English lessons, twice per week). * Training Program (Access to multiple customized training plans according to the needs of each role within the company). * Marriage bonus (The company doubles the allowance established by law that ANSES offers). * Referral Program (Referral bonus is paid when the referral of a collaborator joins the Company). * External Agreements and Discounts. * Vacations: 14 calendar days a year *By applying to our role, you are agreeing that your personal data may be used as in set out in EPAM´s Privacy Notice and Policy.*
