###### **Job Description** **Budget Management and Planning** * Prepare the annual budget based on the Business Plan and each department's needs. * Communicate allocated budget lines and conduct monthly audits of budget compliance. * Propose and implement corrective actions in case of deviations. **Internal Procedures Management** * Review and improve administrative procedures. * Ensure compliance and reinforce critical points during team meetings. * Promote coordination across departments to optimize service to internal and external customers. **KPI Management** * Guarantee reliable data and consolidate KPIs for internal management. * Analyze performance indicators and present action plans to improve department results. **Financial Management** * Monitor cash flow and ensure liquidity. * Perform financial projections and evaluate investment alternatives. * Manage financing requirements. **People Management** * Review and update job descriptions. * Translate strategic objectives into team goals. * Evaluate performance, communicate results, and supervise improvement plans. ###### **Requirements** * University degree in Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience in administrative and financial management. * Strong accounting and financial knowledge. * Leadership, strategic vision, analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and good interpersonal skills will be valued. ###### **Benefits** * Work location: General Pinto (Province of Bs.
