As an agent of ecological transformation, your purpose will be to support the Operations Manager in executing maintenance procedures at sites/clients (hospitals, data centers, corporate towers, banks, universities, industry). Your main responsibilities will include: * Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, electronic, and/or mechanical equipment and systems. Assign tasks to your team members. * Conduct facility inspections to identify failures and recommend appropriate repairs. * Supervise and manage your team members. * Monitor progress, quality, and quantity of work performed. * Address service requests, maintenance issues, and repair complaints, issuing corresponding instructions to resolve these matters. * Estimate time and materials required to carry out maintenance and repair tasks. * Provide team members with necessary materials and equipment to perform assigned tasks. * Comply with the organization’s comprehensive safety regulations and procedures. **Requirements** -------------- * Proven experience in maintenance and operations, preferably in industrial or service sectors. * A proactive, flexible individual with strong motivation, accustomed to teamwork and goal-oriented execution. * Leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. * Availability for full-time employment. * Completed technical secondary education in electromechanics, electricity, or mechanics.
