




Position Summary: We are seeking an HR Manager to comprehensively manage the HR function in a complex operational environment, with a large workforce and multiple collective bargaining agreements (CBAs). Develop Compensation, Benefits, and Training policies For our client — a leading business services group — we are currently searching for an **HR Manager**. Key responsibilities include: * Comprehensive management of the HR department in a complex operational environment (large workforce, rotating shifts, multiple CBAs). * Define processes and oversee all personnel administration matters. * End-to-end coordination of Labor Relations and union negotiations. * Oversight of the payroll processing cycle. * Leadership of HR recruitment and on\-boarding processes. * Development and definition of Compensation and Benefits policies. * Leadership of Training and Development initiatives. * Management of Occupational Safety and Health processes. Requirements: * Degree in Labor Relations or related field. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within service-oriented companies (security, logistics, transportation, cleaning, or related sectors). * Strong knowledge of current labor legislation and CBAs. * Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR management systems. * Proven ability to lead large, geographically dispersed teams. * Results-driven, executive-level profile with strong problem-solving capabilities. * Autonomy, initiative, and results orientation.
