




Location: General Villegas **Responsibilities** * Fully manage the administrative and management control area. * Administer the grain collection process and ensure proper recording, control, and reconciliation of transactions. * Handle payment, collection, receipt, and issuance processes for financial documents. * Coordinate input invoicing and oversee the complete billing cycle. * Maintain direct contact with AFIP and other agencies, ensuring tax compliance. * Monitor and control expenses, budgets, and variances. * Prepare periodic management reports for senior management. * Analyze financial and operational data to identify improvement opportunities. * Propose, document, and implement improvements in administrative processes. * Ensure orderly storage, safeguarding, and updating of department documentation. * Lead the administrative team (3 people), ensuring proper task distribution and support. **Requirements** * Reside in General Villegas or surrounding areas. * Previous experience in administrative roles within the agricultural or grain collection sector. * Knowledge of grain collection processes, movements, and associated documentation. * Experience in administration, payments, invoicing, and interaction with AFIP. * Strong proficiency in computer tools (Excel/gSheets and management systems). * Experience leading teams. * Analytical, organized profile with a focus on processes. * Ability to propose improvements and professionalize the department.
