Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to plan and coordinate production, manage human resources, and ensure quality, food safety, and safety in a food industry setting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage medium- and long-term production in the food industry. 2. Lead teams, ensure quality, food safety, and operational safety. 3. Promote continuous improvements in processes and facilities. Work Location: Concepción del Uruguay (Entre Ríos). Major Food Industry Main responsibilities include: Plan and coordinate medium- and long-term production-related tasks. Efficiently manage human capital, intermediate plant areas, and the flow of raw materials and supplies. Maintain expected levels of quality and food safety, yields, and overall operational performance to achieve the established service level. Ensure the physical safety and integrity of personnel under supervision and of company assets. Propose improvements to facilities and procedures related to safety, quality, food safety, and process productivity. We are targeting candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions within food industries. University degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields, with experience in people management and team leadership, as well as knowledge of quality, food safety, occupational safety, and environmental management. Interpersonal skills, leadership, team training and development, autonomy, proactivity, and results orientation will be highly valued.
