Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced team leader for grain receiving plants to ensure proper operational functioning and personnel organization, acting as the liaison between the plant and the main office. Supervise tasks, coordinate operations, and monitor performance. Your mission: Serve as the liaison between the grain receiving plant and the main office, ensuring proper operational functioning and team organization. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and organize plant staff tasks. Coordinate truck reception, weighing, and unloading. Monitor attendance, performance, and workplace climate. Ensure site order, cleanliness, and general maintenance. Manage facility and equipment repairs and maintenance. Monitor merchandise stock jointly with administration. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Act as the liaison among plant, administration, and management. Requirements: Training as a Grain Classifier Technician (preferred). Experience in grain receiving plants, seed facilities, or agro-industrial environments. Organized, solution-oriented profile with leadership capability. Strong interpersonal skills. Must reside in General Pico, La Pampa
