Position Summary: We are seeking a Development and Product Engineering Manager to lead the technical transition from design to manufacturing, managing teams and optimizing processes within a domestic industry. We are looking for a Development and Product Engineering Manager for an important domestic industry, who will be responsible for leading the technical transition from design to manufacturing. Key Responsibilities * Strategic Leadership: Lead the Engineering Department by organizing work methodologies and establishing robust design criteria. * KPI Management: Design and monitor management indicators to measure departmental efficiency and development success. * Industrialization: Ensure smooth transfer of designs to the Production Department, actively participating in continuous improvement and process optimization. * Technical Validation: Oversee calculations, engineering solutions, and selection of materials/coating technologies. * Internal Synergy: Collaborate closely with Production and Quality to resolve technical deviations in real time. We seek a candidate with a proven track record in the metal-mechanical industry (preferably Oil & Gas) and experience leading technical teams. In-depth knowledge of machining processes, materials science, and development cycles for highly complex components is required.
