Position Objective: Manage the daily operational and commercial activities of the E-commerce channel, ensuring correct execution of processes, coordination of the operational team, and management of the catalog, pricing, promotions, campaigns, and digital channel commercial performance. The role’s objective is to transform defined strategy into daily, concrete, and measurable results. Responsibilities: Daily E-commerce Operational Management: Monitor and update the digital catalog (prices, stock, variants, and descriptions) to ensure a stable, accurately loaded channel and minimize operational errors in pricing and cataloging. Supervise the end-to-end order flow—from purchase to delivery—to guarantee operational efficiency, SLA compliance, and a consistent customer experience. Generate and analyze daily and weekly sales reports to monitor channel performance and support commercial and operational decision-making. Coordinate with the logistics department to improve dispatch times, ensure service levels, and increase customer satisfaction. Manage returns, complaints, and damaged goods to reduce operational friction, identify deviations, and improve end-to-end process quality. Conduct competitive market analysis to capture opportunities for improvement and business growth. Commercial Execution: Implement pricing, promotions, campaigns, and commercial actions defined by the business to meet the monthly commercial forecast and maximize channel results. Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns, landing pages, and content to ensure alignment between commercial strategy and daily operational execution. Monitor channel commercial performance (average order value, conversion rate, traffic, and margins) to identify improvement opportunities and optimize results. Design and execute the e-commerce weekly and monthly commercial plan to ensure an active, commercially aligned channel supporting business objectives. Catalog and Content Governance: Ensure product data quality and consistency to reduce operational errors and enhance navigation and purchasing experience. Supervise catalog loading, standardization, and enrichment to ensure operational efficiency and channel scalability. Maintain an updated, organized, auditable, and clean catalog to facilitate internal control and ensure stable e-commerce operation. Operational Team Management: Supervise the channel’s operational team (cataloging, operations, and backend support) to ensure correct daily execution and goal achievement. Plan workload and assign tasks to optimize resources, improve response times, and enhance operational efficiency. Train, organize, and support the team through continuous coaching to reduce operational errors, improve performance, and strengthen internal morale. Evaluate individual and team performance, as well as workplace climate, to ensure aligned, motivated, and results-focused teams. Commercial KPI Tracking: Monitor daily and weekly sales versus forecast to anticipate deviations and implement timely corrective actions. Requirements: Currently enrolled in or graduated from university programs such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Commercialization, or related fields.
