Remote – Argentina, Colombia, Panama or Peru **Job Description** As the Country Manger, you will implement acquisition, activation, retention, and support strategies, including referral programs, onboarding processes, and educational sessions. **Detaile****d Duties and Responsibilities** * Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders. * Provide regular updates on performance, risks, and forecasts to regional leadership. * Identify growth opportunities and adapt the company’s value proposition to meet the needs of partners or affiliates. * Take ownership of key performance metrics such as revenue growth, client acquisition, partner activation, and retention rates. * Recruit, train, and manage a business development team with clear objectives and ongoing performance monitoring. * Design and implement business development strategies tailored to the local market, in alignment with broader regional goals. * Ensure accurate and organized CRM data management and prepare consistent performance reports. * Implement acquisition, activation, retention, and support strategies, including referral programs, onboarding processes, and educational sessions. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (Product, Compliance, Marketing) to create and execute localized promotional campaigns. * Oversee team performance using CRM systems, dashboards, and regular coaching sessions. **Targeted Qualifications** * Fluency in **Spanish** Language, **C1** level or Higher. * Fluency in **English** Language, **B2** level or Higher. * Team Player with a strong work ethic. * Ability to work under pressure and meet pressing deadlines. * **Min. 6\-10\+ years** in a similar role within the **financial** sector – business development, partnerships, or sales within high\-growth, sales in the FX, CFD, fintech sectors or technology\-driven sectors. * Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges and adapt to changes. * Proven experience with IBs, affiliates, or business partners in LATAM market. * Analytical mindset, results\-oriented, and experienced in managing performance through metrics and data. * Strong leadership capabilities in managing small to mid\-sized sales or business development teams. * Proven experience working with commercial partners, affiliates, or B2B networks in local or regional markets. **Interpersonal Skills** * Communicative, Speak and/or write well and get your ideas across to others easily. * Interpreter, Look at things and make sense of them, figure what is needed and how to fulfil it. * Confident, Pleasant, Energetic, Helpful, Trustworthy * Efficient, Perform tasks in the fastest and simplest ways that they can be done. * Organized and punctual, put things in order so that they run smoothly and are always on time. * Flexible, Can carry different responsibilities, sometimes with very little advanced notice. * Listen, Listen/pay attention to what others are saying, without daydreaming or judging them. * Precise, Make sure that things are done accurately, correctly, and exactly. * Willingness to acquire new knowledge. * Service Customers, be friendly patient, and polite with customers and try your best to service their needs/wants. **Offer \& Benefits** * Salary: Kindly share your salary expectations. * Remote – Argentina, Colombia, Panama or Peru. * A global team committed to the company values. * A dynamic work environment in a dynamically international company. **How To Apply** If you are interested in the job and you meet the above criteria you need to: Kindly send your CV In English to **jobs@spotonta.com** while including the Job Title in the subject and the consent statement in your CV.
