We are uniting two worlds, advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping provide the energy, chemicals and resources that are needed now. **Objective:** This search aims to fill the position of a Senior Commissioning Manager for a mining project located in Salar del Rincón, Salta, Argentina. The Project is located in a high-altitude geographical area (4\.000masl). **Responsibilities:** The activities to be performed correspond to those of a Senior Commissioning Manager with experience in earthworks of large-scale projects and infrastructure works. Without being limited to, the main activities are detailed below: a. Lead a Commissioning team interacting with: Construction, Quality, HSE, Environment, Planning and Cost Control, Camp Management, Services. b. Define Pre-commissioning documentation and establish Commissioning Plans. Manage client relationship. c. Ensure availability of Procedures and Records to be used during the Commissioning phase. d. Verify formal delivery of Operational and Maintenance Manuals for facilities (new or modified) and confirm that Operations and Maintenance personnel training has been completed. e. Coordinate and verify necessary Subcontractors/Vendors required to complete Commissioning tasks, pre-established during the project’s general phase. f. Track work logs. Control and draft Service Orders and Purchase Notes as needed. g. Monitor HSE, QA/QC and Environmental deviations. Ensure compliance with standards and procedures. h. Report to the Project Construction Director or defined Area Managers. i. Liaise with Company functional departments. j. Participate in periodic meetings. Draft reports. k. Perform administrative duties typical of any company employee (e.g., timesheet entries, trainings, etc.) **Requirements:** The requirement calls for an Engineer or equivalent university degree, with proven experience of more than 15 years in commissioning similar plants (Mining, Oil \& Gas or comparable). The candidate must have knowledge of Project Management, Contract Administration, Leadership of Multidisciplinary Teams, planning, quality control, HSE and Environment, strong interpersonal skills, contractor management, reporting, and client interaction. Fluent command of the English language.
