At Trace Group, we are looking for a Project Planner with solid field experience to join one of our teams in Neuquén, which leads operations within the Oil & Gas industry. Main Responsibilities: Planning, monitoring, and control of field projects and operations. Coordination with technical, operations, and maintenance departments. Development of schedules, priority management, and progress updates. Resource administration, deviation analysis, and reporting to management. Interaction with contractors and various operational departments. Employment Conditions: Type of Contract: Indefinite-term contract Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 Union Affiliation: SPJ 637/11 Requirements: Technical Education: Technician in Oil & Gas, HSE, or related fields. Proven industry experience in roles such as Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, Technical Coordinator, or similar. Advanced proficiency in planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, SAP, or others). Residence in Neuquén, Río Negro, or Rincón de los Sauces (mandatory). Field experience (mandatory).
