Maintenance Engineer We are currently seeking a Semi-Senior Maintenance Engineer for challenging projects in the energy sector in Neuquén. If you are passionate about controlling critical assets using state-of-the-art predictive technologies, developing innovative problem-solving methodologies for chronic issues, precisely diagnosing root causes of failures, and establishing improvement plans to optimize maintenance processes, this opportunity is for you! In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and reviewing preventive and predictive maintenance plans, analyzing failures, leading action plans, ensuring repair quality, and coordinating technical support during critical moments. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of resources for diagnostics, monitoring adherence to improvement plans, and conducting detailed tracking of KPIs for rotating equipment. Requirements: Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering professional Over 4 years’ experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance areas for plants and static equipment. SAP knowledge Experience leading work teams Availability to work under shift schedule
