Play a leading role in the commercial area with autonomy and challenges. 🚀 SALES MANAGER | CONFIDENTIAL SEARCH Do you have experience leading commercial teams and are motivated by the challenge of growing a business, developing customers, and entering new markets? 🏭 A major industrial company active in the construction sector, located in the Northern Zone – Greater Buenos Aires (GBA), is looking to hire a Sales Manager with a strong commercial profile, initiative, and results orientation. 🎯 Your challenge will be: * Lead, support, and empower the sales team. * Drive the commercial strategy and business growth. * Develop and retain the current customer portfolio. * Visit customers and identify new commercial opportunities. * Acquire new customers and business, expanding the company's market presence. * Analyze the market, competition, and growth opportunities. * Manage commercial objectives, KPIs, and results. * Collaborate directly with senior management on commercial planning. 🔎 We are looking for a candidate with: 🎓 Completed university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. ✔️ Leadership experience in commercial roles. ✔️ Experience in industrial companies, preferably in construction, building materials, or related sectors. ✔️ Strong negotiation and business development skills. ✔️ Leadership, initiative, and results orientation. ✔️ Availability to work onsite in the Northern Zone – GBA. ✔️ 🚗 Willingness to undertake occasional domestic travel to visit existing customers and establish new commercial relationships. 💡 What do we offer?
