Strategic development of key clients A leading company dedicated to the production and marketing of mass-market cosmetic products is looking for a high-performing professional to fill the position of Commercial Manager in Argentina. We seek a candidate with strategic vision who not only brings solid experience in sales planning but also possesses the ability to generate new business opportunities and proactively promote and increase the organization's sales. Main Responsibilities: Plan and promote effective short- and long-term commercial strategies. Identify current and future market needs and convert them into growth opportunities. Lead and coordinate the sales and commercial administration team. Monitor and strategically develop key clients. Generate detailed reports on market conditions, forecasts, trends, and statistics. Profile Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in the cosmetics, hygiene, and personal care sector. Age between 35 and 45 years (non-exclusive). Strong leadership capability. Excellent analytical skills and market understanding. Good relationship management and interpersonal skills. Relevant academic qualifications and language proficiency will be considered advantageous.
