Develop and lead multidisciplinary teams At Viajero Hostels, we are looking for a **Hostel Manager** to lead our operations in Buenos Aires. This person will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, business profitability, guest experience, and local team leadership—guaranteeing that the Viajero culture is lived in every corner of the hostel. They will be accountable for the hostel’s comprehensive management: daily operations, financial control, team leadership, performance metrics, customer experience, legal compliance, and commercial development. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and develop the operational and administrative team. * Ensure budget adherence, cost control, and profitability. * Monitor key performance indicators (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, NPS). * Maintain service standards, quality, and guest experience. **Education:** * Degree in Administration, Hospitality and Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in hotel management or business is desirable. **Experience:** * Minimum 3–5 years leading hotel, hostel, or hospitality operations. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams. * Experience in financial and budgetary control. **Languages:** * Intermediate/advanced English **Key Competencies:** * Inspirational leadership. * Results orientation. * Strategic thinking.
