Brinkmann** in its search for a **General Manager** to lead the management of an institution undergoing regional growth and expansion. This is a strategic position offering a high degree of autonomy, focused on ensuring operational, financial, and commercial results, and driving institutional development. **Job Responsibilities** * Lead the operational, administrative, and commercial management of the mutual. * Implement decisions made by the Board of Directors. * Manage financial resources: cash flow, income, expenses, and results. * Supervise the operations of 4 branches (and upcoming openings). * Optimize collection processes and delinquency management. * Design and implement growth strategies and new services. * Ensure regulatory compliance (INAES, UIF, etc.). * Lead and develop work teams, fostering a positive working environment. * Prepare management reports for the Executive Committee. **Requirements** * University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Prior experience in managerial positions (mandatory). * Knowledge of financial and administrative management. * Experience leading teams and decentralized structures. * Familiarity with the mutual, financial, or related sectors (preferred). * Ability to relocate to Brinkmann, Córdoba. **We Offer** * A key position with a high degree of autonomy. * An institutional growth project. * Job stability. * Opportunities for professional development. * Participation in the institution’s strategic decision-making.
