Strengthen customer relationships and expand business Position: **Business Unit Manager** \- Cuyo Region Region: Cuyo Area: Operations / Commercial Matrix Reporting To: Operations Director and Commercial Director Direct Reports: Operations Manager, Service Supervisors, and Operational Staff **Position Mission** Ensure achievement of operational, commercial, and profitability objectives in the assigned region, guaranteeing service quality, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth. Serve as the company’s primary representative in the region, strengthening relationships with existing customers and promoting commercial expansion by identifying and developing new opportunities. **Main Responsibilities** · Ensure proper delivery of cleaning, maintenance, and other operational services in the region. · Coordinate and supervise operational and supervisory staff, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards. · Control efficient use of human and material resources. · Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions in case of deviations. · Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for horizontal and vertical expansion. · Develop new accounts within the region aligned with the company’s commercial objectives. · Participate in quotation processes, site assessments, and preparation of commercial proposals. · Ensure profitability of assigned contracts. · Lead the local team, promoting development, motivation, and goal achievement. · Supervise compliance with labor policies and occupational health and safety regulations. · Collaborate with the administrative department on absenteeism control, personnel onboarding/offboarding, and documentation. · Represent the company before customers, suppliers, and local authorities. · Ensure positive corporate image in the region. **Position Requirements** Education: Preferably Technical or Professional degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions within service companies, preferably in cleaning, maintenance, or facility management. **Knowledge:** · Operations and management of outsourced services. · Management of operational and supervisory staff. · Commercial management and customer service. · Monitoring of operational and financial indicators. · Intermediate/advanced proficiency in spreadsheet applications (Google Sheets or Excel). · Experience using management indicators (KPIs). · Residency in the area (Mar del Plata or surrounding areas). · Valid driver’s license. · Verifiable references within the region. **Skills and Competencies** · Leadership and teamwork. · Customer and results orientation. · Ability to identify commercial opportunities. · Planning and organization. · Effective communication and conflict management. · Analytical ability and decision-making. · Proactivity and autonomy. · Negotiation and interpersonal relationship management.
