Strategic Partner to the HR Directorate HR Business Partner Location: PUERTO IGUAZÚ, MISIONES A services company is seeking to hire a senior-level Human Resources professional to lead the area's comprehensive HR management. The role combines a focus on Personnel Administration and Payroll with an active leadership role in team management, process professionalization, and organizational cultural transformation. The incumbent will serve as a strategic partner to the Human Resources Directorate, supporting operational leaders and promoting HR practices closely aligned with business needs and people. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Human Resources management for the operation. Supervise Personnel Administration and Payroll processes, ensuring their accurate execution by the team. Coordinate, develop, and support the Human Resources team. Provide support and advisory services to leaders on people management, labor relations, and resolution of complex situations. Drive standardization and professionalization of Human Resources processes. Lead cultural transformation initiatives, reinforcing a culture grounded in accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of Human Resources tools and systems. Develop management metrics to support decision-making. Desired Profile We seek professionals with solid experience in generalist Human Resources roles, capable of operating effectively in highly dynamic environments. We are looking for individuals demonstrating leadership, sound judgment, autonomy, and the ability to build trust—fostering teams aligned with a culture of professionalism, discipline, and continuous improvement. Particularly valued are capabilities in managing complex situations, driving change initiatives, and supporting leaders in the day-to-day management of their teams. Requirements Must reside in Puerto Iguazú or surrounding areas (mandatory). University degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related fields. Prior experience in generalist Human Resources positions with team leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of Personnel Administration and Payroll, as well as cultural transformation processes. Experience in labor relations and labor legislation. Experience in services companies will be considered an advantage. Proficiency in Human Resources management systems. Intermediate English proficiency. Conditions 100% on-site work mode. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. Lunch provided.
