Position Summary: We are seeking organized and proactive students majoring in Human Resources or related fields for a generalist role providing comprehensive support to the HR department. Key Highlights: 1. Development in a generalist HR role 2. End-to-end management of recruitment processes and support to the HR department 3. Active collaboration in various Human Resources tasks We are looking for students pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related disciplines, who are interested in developing a generalist career within the HR department. We seek organized, proactive individuals with at least two years of prior experience in similar roles, eager to actively participate in the department’s diverse processes and provide support for key Human Resources tasks. Main Responsibilities Manage end-to-end entry-level position recruitment processes, from defining job profiles to closing searches. Collaborate on employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Input, update, and maintain HR databases and related information. Support the preparation of Human Resources reports. Administer employee benefits, vacation time, and leave requests via the company’s internal platforms. Manage enrollment and termination in social health insurance programs. Serve as the primary point of contact with the IT department, channeling and tracking IT-related requests from employees. Maintain communication with the accounting firm on matters pertaining to the HR department. Assist in managing office supplies and resources required for daily office operations. Assist with other general tasks within the Human Resources department.
